Contemporary and simple designs are stimulating when utilizing traditional materials, such as sterling, crystal pearls, acrylic cubes, and found objects. I work with beads, polymer clay, and sterling wire. You will find GalleriaLinda at several selling venues. Why several? or EXCHANGES For unusual circumstances of dissatisfaction, please email your comments when you receive your package for us to work out an agreeable resolution prior to leaving feedback. I want to hear from you and appreciate your comments! If desired, you may return the item by first emailing me at linda [@] gallerialinda.com (type the email without the brackets and spaces). Please include the reason for the return. Exchanges because of defect or dissatisfaction with item are also considered if that is your desire. A refund is offered on the purchase price of the item if the communications are within 14 days of purchase. The GalleriaLinda item must be unworn and undamaged – no exceptions. (The required “14 days from date of purchase” will be met if your email is received within that time frame). Once you receive a confirmation email from me, you will have the shipping details and process. Please carefully pack the item(s) for return in a box or padded envelope, include a copy of the invoice (or the original) along with your contact and mailing information, and ship to the address provided to you in the confirmation email. Once the item has been received in undamaged condition, your refund will be issued. I will refund the price minus shipping and the buyer is responsible for return postage.
